We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and make the payment at the time of delivery.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times range between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or transportation delays.

If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you after your order is placed.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you confirm your order. In some cases, we may offer free shipping as part of a promotion or offer.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Please ensure accurate delivery details are provided at the time of order. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our team may contact you to reschedule. Multiple failed attempts may result in order cancellation.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If damage is discovered after opening, kindly share photographs of the item and packaging within 48 hours of receipt for review.
