Returns & Refunds Policy

At Gia Comforts, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality products, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • The item received is significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Proof of damage or defect must be provided.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and images of the item.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for the item to be picked up from your address.

3. Refund Process

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only:

  • No monetary refund is provided.

  • For eligible returns, we offer a replacement of the same item.

  • If a replacement is not available, we may offer an alternative product or another resolution based on your preference.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Minor color or size variations due to screen settings

  • Damage caused by improper handling or use after delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
